Description : From album, "Ezo Nijuikkei" (Twenty-one Views of Ezo). Ezo is the old name of Hokkaido, the northern island of Japan. Notsuke Peninsular at the eastern end of Hokkaido. The dying groves were caused by the wetland which has been sinking into the ocean.
