Description : Front of a cake shop of the type that still can be found in Kyoto, the hometown of Clifton Karhu who first came to Japan with the U.S. occuptation forces and later decided to settle permanently in Japan. News came in summer of 2006 that the artist is very ill and currently does not produce any work.
