Description : Monday, 27 March 2006 I came across your website and I am writing to offer > you two watercolors by E. Kato. The dimension is > approximately 30 x 50 cm (H x W). Otherwise it is also very good. > Hi Ross, The matted size is 32 x 48.5cm. The image size itself is slightly larger. I am attaching two unframed images. I also included an image of the back of the board. Please note that the watercolors are laid down on board. This morning I found an auction record of an E. Kato watercolour at Christies Singapore, Southeast Asian Pictures, May 18, 1998 Lot 52. Sold at S$2300 or US$ 1380. See attached image. Please note that this is not my area of expertise. I collect Southeast Asian pictures, especially pre-war Balinese.
