Description : This auction is for a Japanese woodblock print by Bakufu Ohno (1888-1976). This is an original with some hand-painted embellishments on the dark blue flowers above his signature. On some of the original prints done by the artist himself he would do some hand-painted embellishments on the botanical woodblocks. This print was published by Kyoto Hanga-in 1950 as the seal says in the bottom margin. It is 16 x 11 inches in size and in nice condition with no problems.
