Description : Offered for sale is an original Japanese woodblock print by Shotei Hiroaki (1871-1944), titled Tama, 1924. It is from the estate of Robert O. Muller, the world renowned collector and dealer of shin hanga school prints. It bears a small circular Watanabe Color Print Co. publisher's seal, so it is most likely an early post-war printing. The print is in very good condition, with embossing in the cat's fur. There are no condition problems to note. The dimensions are approximately 9 3//8 by 13 1/8 inches, plus margins.
