Description : Monday, 31 December 2007 Itoigawa, Niigata by Shiro Kasamatsu. Original woodblock print dated August Showa 23 (1948) in left margin. Japanese title also in left margin above the date. English title in bottom margin. Fine, color, impression and condition. This print has never been framed and retains original colors. Strong texture and ink bleedthrough. Nice baren rubbings. Rare woodblock made by Kinjiro. Oban size measures 15.8 x 10.8 inches.
