Description : "Tokaido Goju-san Tsugi" (Fifty-three Stations of Tokaido). Each print in this series has a short comic poem (in Japanese: "kyoka"). Hence this series is known as the Kyoka Tokaido - also known as the Sanoki Tokaido.
