Description: Monday, 28 March 2005 Taisho Pond, Kamikochi ca. 1938 prints published by bijutsusha The seal at right, which resembles the number “32” in English, is the Bijutsusha publishing seal. It is the Japanese word rumi written in Hiragana script. This seal is usually found in the lower right margin. These eight designs were also published in a smaller postcard format. The print of Mt. Unzen has an unusual yellow Hasui seal, and is thought to be the only design bearing this seal.
