Description: Thursday, 26 July 2007 Japanese Woodblock Print by Kawase Hasui Shiba Park Tokyo (Rare) Artist: Kawase Hasui Date: 1952 or 1953 , Published by Watanabe Shozaburo Image Size: Oban, about 10″ x 15″ Condition: Fine color and bleed through, very good condition, may be a calendar print commissioned by Pacific Transport lines (edition of 500 copies), never been framed This woodblock print is part of a hanging calendar / portfolio and each print is attached just at the top. The other paper shows yellowing around the edges but the print itself is in great condition. There are eleven other prints from this portfolio that I am listing individually.
