Description: Offered for sale is a Japanese woodblock print by Kawase Hasui (1883-1957), titled Mount Fuji with Sail Boat, c. 1930s. It is from the estate of Robert O. Muller, the world renown collector and dealer of shin hanga school prints. It is illustrated at plate Hb-1 of Kawase Hasui: The Complete Woodblock Prints by Kendall H. Brown. It was published by The Watanabe Color Print Co. The print is in very good condition, although the Japanese title is blurred, and there is some thinning to the top reverse corners. The dimensions are approximately 6 7/8 x 4 1/2 inches, plus margins.
