Description : Japanese woodblock print titled "Owl" by Tsuchiya Koitsu (1870-1949) dated circa 1930's. Published by Doi Hangaten and bearing the double-offset cartouche at the lower left margin with the names of the carver, Harada, and printer, Yokoi. Yokoi was Doi's primary printer until 1965. A Doi publisher's watermark is in the upper left margin corner. This edition dates between 1956 - 1962. Image size: 13 5/8"V x 6 7/8"H. Very good condition. Tape residue to upper margin edge.
