The design does not appear in the Hotei Hasui Reference. The Chairman of UNICEF found the design somewhere and asked permission to have it published as a Christmas card for UNICEF. The owner of Watanabe Shozaburo told me that the original woodblocks have been lost and that the print cannot be printed as a woodblock.
