It is signed and please email if you need more of the writing on it. ) it does have the red seal (sui) in the lower left corner and the black one in lower right. It is the scene of a figure walking along the tower with a bright yellow umbrella. There are no stains , it was in a frame and is attached by the corners as seen to a matte. There is a small tear in the lower right corner as seen in pics. There is light foxing only to the white surrounding border. It has writing on left side as seen. Edges are all smooth and no fraying. It measures approx 15″ x 10.5″
