Description : 20/12/2004 ARTIST: Kunichika. FORMAT: Oban, Triptych (14.5 by 29.5 ins). DATE: 1893. DESCRIPTION: Kabuki Actors in their roles in the play of spider ghost: Ichikawa Udanji as the Courtesan Kocho, disguised as a spider in the centre. PUBLISHER: Fukuda Kumajiro. CONDITION: A vertical fold mark to right edge of left and centre sheet, otherwise good impression, colour and condition. The three sheets joined. Retains Japanese album backing.
